Smashburger Sizzles, Opens Fourth San Antonio Location Every City's Favorite Burger Place Coming to Potranco Road and State Highway 151 Jan. 22

Fourth Smashburger opens on San Antonio's Northwest side. Smashburger entered San Antonio market in Summer of 2009.

San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) -- Smashburger, a fast-casual, "better burger" restaurant is making its mark on the city's Northwest side as it opens its fourth San Antonio location on January 22, 2010 at 8802 Potranco Road, Suite 101 in the Richland Hills Shopping Center located at Potranco and State Highway 151. The new location will feature the Texas Smashburger that caters to big, bold Texan flavors.

Smashburger entered the San Antonio market in the summer of 2009 with Smashburger at Stone Ridge, located at 21025 U.S. Highway 281, Park North, located at 842 NW Loop 410, and its most recent store in November 2009, at 11309 Bandera and Loop 1604, located in the Bandera Pointe Shopping Center, next to Super Target.

Known for the cooking method used to create the perfect burger, Smashburgers start with a one-third or half-pound ball of 100-percent Angus beef--fresh, not frozen--smashed, seared and seasoned on a flat grill. To further the "better burger" experience, Smashburgers are served on butter-toasted artisan buns and topped with a selection of real cheeses, the freshest produce and top-quality condiments.

Smashburger provides something for everyone including Smashchicken, Smashdogs and Smashsalads, with sides like veggie frites and rosemary and garlic-seasoned Smashfries. Diners can also enjoy Häagen-Dazs shakes, root beer floats, beer and wine with their meal.

Based in San Antonio, SB Alamo Development, LLC principals Lawrence F. Harris, Allen J. Jones and Jason R. Kemp collectively bring more than 80 years of restaurant industry experience to Smashburger. SB Alamo Development, LLC plan to open 45 Smashburger stores over the next eight years.
