The Yoshinoya menu is based on fresh ingredients served in a variety of rice bowls including its original recipe Beef Bowl ® that started it all in 1899. Yoshinoya has 99 restaurants in California, Arizona, Nevada and New York with plans for expansion through additional company restaurants and national franchising. Yoshinoya plans to open its 100th restaurant in the near future in Walnut, Calif. United States operations are headquartered in Torrance, California.
