ATLANTA (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc. (NYSE: WEN), the parent company of Wendy's International, Inc. and Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., announced today that it will release Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2009 consolidated financial results on Thursday, March 4, 2010 before the market opens.

A conference call with slides will follow at 11:00 AM ET and will be webcast live from the investor relations page of the company's website. Hosting the call will be Roland Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Hare, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and John Barker, Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer.
