Coldwell Banker Real Estate Expands its International Network with Master Franchise Agreement for the Czech Republic

For Both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Services

March 03, 2010 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC today announced the signing of a master franchise agreement with Top CzechPartners Estate S.R.O. to bring the Coldwell Banker® and Coldwell Banker Commercial® franchise systems to the Czech Republic. The Coldwell Banker residential and commercial real estate networks now extend to 49 countries and territories worldwide on a combined basis.

Led by Petr Král, Top CzechPartners Estate S.R.O. is based in Prague. The company was founded in 2006 and has been focused on project management and land sales.
