Images 4 Kids Receives Top 50 Franchise Satisfaction Award

March 04, 2010 // Franchising.com // Franchise Business Review last month announced its 2010 FBR 50 Awards of the top 50 franchise companies with the highest levels of overall franchisee satisfaction. Images 4 Kids once again received the honors – its third time since 2008.

"Congratulations again on being one of the top franchises in the nation for 2010," writes Franchise Business Review. "This is an exclusive list of companies that truly represents the best franchise opportunities in the marketplace today."

Images 4 Kids is the nation's leading children's photography franchise. The company specializes in providing child care centers, preschools and private schools with high-end, studio-quality portraits using unique props and sets. Images 4 Kids has more than 60 franchises throughout the country.

"It is wonderful to be recognized for our hard work," said founder and CEO Marcia Altizer. "We have developed a great business model and take pride in the excellent support we provide our franchisees."

"I believe there are several reason why we are consistently ranked in the top 50 for franchise owner satisfaction," Marcia said. "Our franchisees experience a recession-resistant business, a growing customer base, repeat business, low overhead, and increased sales from easy online ordering."

In addition, the unique props and sets – updated annually – add a "wow factor" to each child's photo, making it even more special to parents.

"Those franchise owners with children also appreciate having summers off and long holiday breaks," Marcia said.

The FBR 50 Awards are an annual ranking of franchise companies by their level of franchisee satisfaction. The awards are based on the research results of Franchise Business Review, a national market research firm that conducts thousands of independent surveys of franchisees each year. The awards recognize the Top 50 franchise companies with the highest levels of overall franchisee satisfaction. They survey results deliver the unbiased facts about the overall health of a franchise system direct from today's franchise owners. This year's was the largest survey of franchisee satisfaction ever completed. The survey examines areas of a franchise system including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, and more.

Images 4 Kids recently announced a limited-time Recession Rebate of $10,000 toward the franchise fee.

The founder and CEO can easily relate to those with the desire to become a franchise owner, but who are limited by their financial resources. Marcia began her career in photography under adverse circumstances as a young single mother searching for a way to support a child and herself without sacrificing her duties as a mother.

"From my own experience, I am well aware of the challenges facing today's families in a struggling economy with high unemployment and an unstable future," she said.

In response to those challenges, she created the Recession Rebate to enable more families to share in the success that she has attained through children's photography.

"I know this family-oriented business is the answer for the laid-off executive, the displaced office worker, and the IT person that never intended to have a career confined to a cubicle," she said. "Hopefully, this is the incentive they need to begin building a stable future for themselves."

Images 4 Kids is a great solution for many that are changing direction in careers or wish to pursue their dreams as a professional photographer.

"We offer a system that provides a roadmap to success," Marcia said "We continue to invest in our franchise systems for the good of everyone on the team and to maintain the competitive edge our franchisees now enjoy."
