Hollywood Crowns Award Winning Movies

In the "Best Picture" category, "Hurt Locker" beat out box-office hit "Avatar" to take home the golden statue. The movie, based on the personal wartime experience of journalist Mark Boal, presents the conflict in the Middle East from the perspective of those who witnessed the fight firsthand – the soldiers.
