Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Announces CFO Departure

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Mar 18, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq:BAGL), a leader in the quick-casual segment of the restaurant industry operating under the Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels, Noah's New York Bagels(R), and Manhattan Bagel(R) brands, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Rick Dutkiewicz, is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. Mr. Dutkiewicz served as Chief Financial Officer of Einstein Noah since October 2003 and his departure will become effective on April 9, 2010.

The Company has engaged a prominent executive search firm to identify a replacement and management is confident that the process will conclude quickly and without disruption to the business.
