Scott Steidle Looks Forward to Helping Business Owners Achieve Their Goals While he Achieves his as an ActionCOACH Business Coach

Scott Steidle, impressed by ActionCOACH's concept and principles, decided to become a Business Coach.

March 23, 2010 // Franchising.com // Scott Steidle wanted a change from the corporate lifestyle he led for so many years. He did not like the feeling of being out of control of his own destiny. Scott still had a desire to impact the business world but wanted to do it on his own terms. So when he found ActionCOACH he knew it was the perfect fit.

Steidle first heard about ActionCOACH while doing some career research on the internet. He was putting in complex search criteria looking for opportunities that would fulfill both his business and personal needs. ActionCOACH popped up as a result several times. After much research Scott could not believe that ActionCOACH wasn't too good to be true.

"The cloud of layoffs was constantly hanging over my head. I knew that when my number was up, there would not be much I could do. I wanted to take control of my own life so I did some career research," Scott said. "Candidly, when I first found ActionCOACH it sounded too good to be true. This raised a lot of fears that my due diligence and research proved to be unfounded. ActionCOACH is real!"

Prior to ActionCOACH Steidle was a Global Customer Service Program Manager for Hewlett Packard. Scott worked on projects such as global information infrastructure support, new product service launches, performance reporting, program and project tracking, and much more. He plans to use the knowledge he has gained over the years in the corporate world and the training he will get from ActionCOACH to apply them to help small businesses.

"I consider myself an expert at taking cost out of processes and skilled at creating and automating KPIs. This allows business owners to not only know the overall status of their business instantly, but be able to drill down into any potential trouble spots well before they become major concerns. I think I will be a great asset to the ActionCOACH team," says Scott.

Scott is looking forward to helping Master Licensee Pat Coan change the way Atlanta's small businesses are run.

"This is a real win win opportunity. I can get paid doing something that I both enjoy and do well while helping small businesses achieve success. With the techniques and systems of ActionCOACH coupled with my systems knowledge, near- and long-term success will be created for all my clients, creating a long and mutually rewarding relationship," explains Scott.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.
