March 24, 2010 // Franchising.com // The famous Barry Plant red carpet has found its way to the streets of Epping. The latest addition to the 77 office network the Epping office is located at 740 High Street.
Heading the team are some familiar faces from the group's Thomastown office. With over 40 years of real estate experience between them, Chris Lio and Con Constantinou are excited about expanding their client base to include the people of Epping, Wollert and Woodstock.
"Only 22km's from Melbourne's central business district, Epping is fast becoming a hotspot for those wishing to secure the "Australian dream". With ever growing infrastructure, up to 10,000 new homes being constructed in new estates, as well as excellent schooling, healthcare and transport facilities, there is little wonder Epping has become an attractive option for many people looking to buy an affordable property." Mr Constantinou stated.
Mr Lio continued by saying, "Having worked in Thomastown for many years we are very familiar with Epping, Wollert and Woodstock. We see the immense potential in the area as further development takes place. At a time when many financial broadcasters are suggesting it is becoming more and more difficult to enter the property market, Epping and surrounding suburbs is still an area which allows people into the housing market at an affordable price, while not being too far from the city."
This new Epping office will work closely with the Barry Plant office in Thomastown, one of the area's most successful agencies. It will also further cement the group's already strong presence in the region with previously established offices already located in surrounding suburbs.
Chris and Con look forward to leading a team that is committed and experienced. "We're passionate about providing our customers with quality service", says Chris. "And we're very much focused on providing clients with the best advice, marketing, communication – the whole red carpet package."
"Along with a strong sales team who will work with you to achieve the best possible results, the office will offer a property management division dedicated to looking after both residential and commercial properties for landlords."
