AIE awards are based on a point system that measures overall customer satisfaction, referral rates, grass roots efforts, charity contributions, customer service as well as safety among the Company's more than 200 franchise locations.

The Grand Rapids South, Mich. franchise is TWO MEN AND A TRUCK's top overall performer across all metrics; Little Rock, Ark. has been recognized as the top overall in customer service and the St. Louis, Mo. Franchise has been awarded with the humanitarian of the year designation with more than $200,000 (982 hours) of donated moving services to community non-profit organizations during the past 12 months.
