Healthy Fast Food Franchise Announces Galena Frozen Yogurt Company to Open Second Franchise U-SWIRL(R) Cafe in Reno

Plans Call for Opening Third U-SWIRL Cafe by Early 2011

HENDERSON, Nev. // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Healthy Fast Food, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HFFI) and its wholly owned subsidiary U-SWIRL International, Inc., the owner and franchisor of U-SWIRL® self-serve frozen yogurt cafes, today announced that its franchisee, Galena Frozen Yogurt Company, has begun construction on its second U-SWIRL self-serve frozen yogurt cafe in the "biggest little city in the world" – Reno, Nevada.

Frank Fisher, Galena's CEO and Managing Principal, noted, "Since debuting our first franchise location on the south side of Reno this past November, we have been thrilled by the overwhelmingly positive consumer response we've received and the robust monthly sales levels we are consistently achieving. There is no question that residents and tourists, alike, seem to agree that the U-SWIRL self-serve concept, our broad selection of delicious frozen yogurt flavors and toppings, and our spacious, contemporary and comfortable atmosphere, make U-SWIRL the true destination of choice for frozen, healthier treats in Reno."

Located in the North McCarran Crossing shopping plaza at 2870 North Towne Lane, just north of the University of Nevada campus, Galena's second franchise cafe is scheduled to be open for business in early to mid-June 2010. The 2275 square foot store will feature a rotational selection of 16 popular non-fat, no-sugar-added and tart frozen yogurt flavors and up to 60 delicious toppings. Similar to its south side store, anticipated indoor and patio seating will accommodate up to 80 guests at any given time, making it ideal for large gatherings of families and friends.

"Teaming with Healthy Fast Food and U-SWIRL International to bring the U-SWIRL self-serve concept to Reno has proven to be a very smart and profitable business decision for Galena. Moreover, we are very proud to be contributing to the economic growth of our area. On a broader scale, Galena looks forward to playing a meaningful role in helping to rapidly expand the U-SWIRL concept nationwide by introducing the U-SWIRL experience to all frozen yogurt lovers in and around the Reno market. In fact, if all goes according to plan, we hope to finalize negotiations for a third U-SWIRL location in the northwest region of Reno later this month, with the intention of opening that cafe in early 2011 – if not sooner," added Fisher.
