MINNEAPOLIS (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Famous Dave's of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: DAVE) today announced the opening of its newest award-winning Bar-B-Que restaurant in Gilbert, Arizona, at the SanTan Village Shopping Center (2206 East Williams Field Road, Suite 101, Gilbert, Arizona 85296).

Located in SanTan Village, Famous Dave's is a beautiful 6,200 square foot establishment that offers a rustic and comfortable environment that family and friends can enjoy. Decorated with classic American memorabilia and antiques, the expansive main dining room is also home to a large bar, which together seats a total of 225 guests. For those who prefer to dine outside in the sunlight or under the stars, an outdoor patio is available with seating for 60 guests. In addition to dining in the restaurant, Famous Dave's also offers Bar-B-Que TO GO, as well as catering for businesses and events.

With a hearty roundup of award-winning ribs and hickory smoked meats, Famous Dave's offers signature menu items, such as St. Louis-Style Ribs brushed with Rich & Sassy(R) Sauce, Texas Beef Brisket, Georgia Chopped Pork, Country-Roasted Chicken, Wilbur Beans, Creamy Coleslaw and Dave's Famous Bread Pudding. Available until April 30, 2010, when guests purchase the "Feast for Two" (served family-style for two to three guests and includes a half slab of St. Louis-Style Ribs, one-half of a chicken, one-quarter pound of either Texas Beef Brisket or Georgia Chopped Pork, Creamy Coleslaw, Famous Fries, Wilbur Beans, two corn-on-the-cob, and two corn bread muffins) or the "All American Bar-B-Que Feast" (served family-style for four to six guests and includes a full slab of St. Louis-Style Ribs, a whole chicken, a one-half pound of either Texas Beef Brisket or Georgia Chopped Pork, Creamy Coleslaw, Famous Fries, Wilbur Beans, four corn-on-the-cob, and four corn bread muffins), they will receive a $10 gift card for use on their next TO GO order.
