SAN JOSE, Calif. --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Togo's Sandwiches, a West Coast Original since 1971, is looking for entrepreneurs who want to take a bite out of the American dream and own their own restaurant. The legendary California sandwich chain is holding a series of free seminars throughout California to share the Togo's story with individuals interested in owning a Togo's Franchise.

Founded in San Jose almost 40 years ago, Togo's has grown to more than 240 West Coast restaurants, all owned and operated by independent franchisees. The Togo's management team will be on hand to answer questions about owning your own Togo's restaurant. Attendees also will hear from current franchisees and get a behind-the-scenes look at their operations through a series of videos.

According to Peterson, Togo's restaurants produce some of the highest sales among sandwich shops. Togo's is already planning to open 10 restaurants this year. The chain is looking to expand in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
