Highest Grossing Movie of All-Time 'Avatar' Tops Weekly Blockbuster(R) Hit List of Top 10 Renting DVDs

DALLAS // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Topping the BLOCKBUSTER® (NYSE BBI, BBI.B) Hit List of "Top 10 Renting DVD Titles" for the week ending April 25 is the highest grossing movie of all-time, "Avatar." Directed by James Cameron, Avatar is an epic fantasy film based in the year 2154 on the moon Pandora. The film's title refers to the genetically engineered human hybrid bodies used by researchers to interact with the Na'vi people of Pandora. The Avatars go to Pandora to mine a precious mineral near where the Na'vi live. Avatar stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez and Stephen Lang.
