Cafe Yumm! Obtains Listing On SBA Franchise Registry

May 20, 2010 // Franchising.com // Beau Delicious! International, LLC, franchisor of the popular Café Yumm! restaurants and Yumm! Sauce is proud to announce that the Small Business Administration has approved Café Yumm! to be listed on the SBA Franchise Registry.

The SBA Registry is a national online listing of franchise systems whose franchisees receive expedited loan processing when applying for financial products from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). To become listed, the SBA pre-approved Café Yumm!'s franchise agreement, meaning that the SBA has determined that there are no unacceptable franchisor control provisions in the Café Yumm! franchise agreement. Being listed on the Registry results in shorter loan processing timelines for new franchisees and ensures consistent eligibility decisions among local SBA offices. Some lenders who refuse to process a loan application from a franchisee of a system not on the Registry will now process applications from Café Yumm! franchisees.
