Property Emergency Services Franchise Hires Three Regional Business Development Directors

May 24, 2010 // Franchising.com // Tamarac, FL - PuroClean, a property emergency services franchise that continues to experience unprecedented and consistent growth, announced today the creation of the company's new Business Development Division, consisting of three seasoned property restoration professionals with more than 60 years of combined industry experience.

The new Regional Business Development Directors are tasked with working directly with national and regional insurance companies, as well as property management companies, to increase awareness about PuroClean's services and the franchise network's capabilities in reducing property losses across the country.

"The addition of our new Business Development Division is a major step in making PuroClean the No. 1 service provider of insurance companies for property damage mitigation services for homes and businesses, as well as for large-scale natural disaster and catastrophic clean-up projects," said Lauren Reid, CEO of PuroClean. "While our franchise owners will maintain and continue to build relationships with their local insurance agents, our new Development Directors will supplement their efforts by driving additional business leads from the regional and national insurance providers."

The following Regional Business Development Directors will work with the nation's top insurance companies to efficiently mobilize local PuroClean offices to service their customers' property emergency claims:

  • Bill May joins PuroClean with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and management in reconstruction, restoration and environmental services industries. May previously served as a Vice President at Texas-based FlagshipPDG, Inc., an environmental remediation and demolition contractor where he signed national contacts that resulted in more than $12 million in revenue for the company in the last three years.
  • Over the last 16 years, Peter DeMains has held various positions in marketing, sales, and management in the property claims and emergency services sector. In fact, he launched his career in loss services and disaster recovery by starting his own water and fire damage restoration company in 1994. Later he served as a Regional Director for BMS Catastrophe, one of the largest disaster recovery firms in the world, where he sold and managed multi-million dollar restoration projects.
  • Bryan C. Ritz brings a wealth of hands-on property restoration experience to his new role as PuroClean's Regional Business Development Director. In the last six years, he managed large property-loss restoration projects for three different firms specializing in mitigating damage caused by fire, water, mold, and other trauma events. At restoration service provider Munters Corp., he was instrumental at building relationships with key insurance industry players and securing new commercial business and vendor relationships.
