Todd D. Daubert Joins Sonnenschein's Communications, Media & Technology Practice

Daubert has joined Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP as a partner in its Communications, Media & Technology practice the law firm announced today. Daubert will reside in Sonnenschein's Washington, D.C. office as part of its Public Law & Policy Strategies Group.

"Todd's strong technical understanding of the business and engineering aspects of the communications industry is impressive and provides clients comprehensive solutions to complex situations," said Mike McNamara, chair of Sonnenschein's Public Law & Policy Strategies Group. Daubert is a recognized expert on broadband services and is widely known for his work on behalf of competitive wireless and wireline carriers. He represents companies in regulatory, appellate, litigation and transactional matters involving a broad range of technology and communications issues, including matters such as interconnection, the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), privacy, Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS), broadband policy, number portability and mobile roaming.

In addition to wireless and wireline carriers, Daubert's clients include technology startups, equipment and retail product manufacturers, and other companies that rely on communications and technology to conduct their business. Daubert routinely represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission, state regulatory authorities, and federal and state courts.

Daubert received a J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law and a B.A.E. degree from Oklahoma State University.

OC322045) and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP (a US limited liability partnership, registered in Delaware), remain separate and independent legal entities.
