The new Synergy HomeCare office is situated on 4th Avenue at the intersection of Lucille near the Seattle Design Center. The Seattle office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday providing care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week serving Burien, West Seattle, Vashon Island, Queen Anne, Downtown, Madison Park, Leschi and Beacon Hill.

"We recognize the need for high-quality companionship, personal care and homemaking assistance for people of all ages with a variety of needs," said Ray Fitzgibbon, owner of the new Synergy HomeCare of Seattle. "From senior care to help for those suffering from debilitating illnesses and injuries, to aiding expectant moms, we are pleased to provide expert care giving solutions to the Seattle community."

It was their experiences helping their own family members that sparked Ray and Carole's passion to start their own business helping seniors and others in their community. Their son Joe is running for Washington State House of Representatives in the 34th District, in Burien, West Seattle and Vashon Island. "Watching Joe really brings it home for us that our priorities truly are family and community" said Ray.

Before turning his attention to caregiving, Ray was a former manufacturing operations manager and a process improvement expert. "It sounds odd but my expertise in management and operations has turned out to be perfect for Synergy… but I'm also smart enough to know I couldn't do this without Carole and my fantastic team of dedicated experienced caregivers. We're able to keep our standards so high because we work so well together " he said.
