'Johnny Rockets Day' Declared in Atlantic City in Honor of New Showboat Hotel & Casino Location

Home of the Original Hamburger Marches into Atlantic City, N.J. with Mardi Gras Celebration

LAKE FOREST, Calif. // PRNewswire // -- Everyone is a winner at Johnny Rockets' newest location at Showboat Hotel & Casino, where Bourbon Street meets the boardwalk, in Atlantic City, N.J. To commemorate the grand opening on Thursday, August 5, Atlantic City Mayor Lorenzo Langford participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony and proclaimed August 5 as "Johnny Rockets Day."

During the grand opening celebration, guests enjoyed Johnny Rockets' authentic menu and won big by spinning a special prize wheel with giveaways like Johnny Rockets' gifts and three grand prizes of VIP Yankees tickets. The first 100 guests also received a free shake tumbler with their purchase.

Located inside the concourse of Showboat Hotel & Casino, Johnny Rockets' new restaurant features a fast-casual concept with walk-up registers for fast, friendly ordering. Guests can savor Johnny Rockets' timeless classics from grilled-to-order hamburgers and American fries to flavored soda pop and hand-dipped shakes.

Johnny Rockets – Showboat Hotel & Casino is located at 801 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, N.J. This is third Johnny Rockets opening in New Jersey with other restaurants at Bally's Casino in Atlantic City and Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.
