She has extensive experience representing emerging growth companies in all stages of their life cycle, including incorporations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and public company transactions. Ms. Yee also represents venture capital firms in equity and debt investments. Ms. Yee's clients include private and public companies in a wide array of high-growth industries, including social gaming and media, Internet, software, semiconductors, telecommunications, and life sciences.

Before commencing her legal career, Ms. Yee served as a special investigator for the auditor general of the California State Legislature. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where she received her BA. Ms. Yee earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and her JD from the University of California Hastings College of Law, cum laude.
