August 11, 2010 // Franchising.com // MISSOULA, MONTANA – HuHot Mongolian Grill has confirmed five more restaurants opening by December 2010. It's an exciting year of growth for the 11-year-old company that will grow almost 20% in this year alone.

These are new markets for HuHot to enter and the excitement is already building. "We focus on small to mid-size markets so these are perfect locations," said Andy Vap, CEO. "Consumers have been asking for HuHot to open in those markets and we have franchisees who are ready to open there."
Existing franchisees will own and operate four of the five locations. Appetize, Inc., will own the Eau Claire and Lafayette locations, which increases their number of HuHots to six. Sirius Hospitality will own the Fayetteville location, which will be their third HuHot. Mongrill will own the South Bend location, which will be their second HuHot. A new franchisee, Top Tier, will open its first HuHot in Colorado Springs.

Select your favorite ingredients then have it cooked to perfection before your eyes on a 6-foot Mongolian grill that puts out 950,000 BTUs. With unlimited trips to the grill, you can create a different meal every time.
HuHot Mongolian Grills, LLC opened its first restaurant in Missoula, Montana in 1999 focusing on fresh food, signature sauces and great service. Over the past 11 years, the concept has grown to 32 locations in 12 states and that focus has remained unchanged.
This year, HuHot Mongolian Grill, LLC was ranked in the 2010 Franchise 500 by Entrepreneur and in 2007 through 2009 was named on the Future 50 list of fastest growing restaurant chains by Restaurant Business magazine.
