ActionCOACH Business Coach Hank de Smit receives accolades for his client retention results at ActionCOACH's Global Conference in Barcelona, Spain.

August 18, 2010 // Franchising.com // ActionCOACH hosted its 2010 Global Conference at the Hotel Arts Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain, where ActionCOACH recognized Hank de Smit for the Best Client Retention award.

In presenting the award, ActionCOACH founder and Chairman Brad Sugars pointed out the importance of retaining existing clients.

"On an average, it costs six times more to get a new client – which makes the ability to retain clients paramount in any business," Sugars said.

Mr. de Smit, who is based in Western Australia, is passionate about helping customers reach their goals and to spend less time working in their business and more time working on their business.

"Hank is great at what he does, and it shows in how he continues to work with and develop his clients relationships," Sugars said.
