In this landmark strategic alliance, agents at Coldwell Banker Realty Center's office in Southern Village in Chapel Hill will relocate to Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston's Chapel Hill office on Franklin Street. Coldwell Banker Realty Center was established in 1982 and was an independently-owned affiliate of Coldwell Banker. The company was started by brokers with more than 35 years of experience in local residential sales and it joined the franchise in 1985. Coldwell Banker Realty Center holds a world class reputation for quality service, and through the new strategic alliance, it will be able to seamlessly provide additional technology and marketing services to its customers. The alliance provides Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston with a greater number of sales associates and an expanded customer base.
