New Jersey's Smashburger restaurants feature a regional menu, that includes:
Recently named the "Best Burger in Essex County" by Suburban Essex Magazine, Smashburger is named for the cooking method used to create the perfect burger. Smashburgers are a one-third or half-pound ball of 100-percent—fresh, not frozen—Certified Angus Beef smashed on a flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor. To further the "better burger" experience, Smashburgers are served on a toasted artisan bun and topped with a selection of real cheeses, the freshest produce and top-quality condiments.
Although known for its savory burgers, Smashburger also offers delicious Smashchicken sandwiches, Smashdogs and Smashsalads – as well as delectable sides such as haystack onions, veggie frites, sweet potato Smashfries and rosemary and garlic-seasoned Smashfries.
"Smashburger is already a sizzling hit with burger lovers in Hackensack, Montclair and Florham Park," says Scott Gillman, CEO of Mascott Corporation. "We're looking forward to serving up our smashing menu with top-notch service to the Clifton area and continuing to meet New Jersey's demand for great-tasting burgers."
"New Jersey's burger lovers have made our first three locations a huge success," says Smashburger Founder Tom Ryan. "We are excited to bring Smashburger to Clifton."
