First Smoothie Factory Store Opens in HoChiMinh City

November 04, 2010 // Franchising.com // DALLAS, TX-- Smoothie Factory known for Blending Nutrition With Great Taste™ with innovative smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices, authentic frozen yogurt, ice cream, coffee, light foods, and nutritional products opened its first location in HoChiMinh City today. The new store, opened by ANH MAI Investment & Development Corp, is located in the Phu My Hung area.

The new, uniquely designed, dual-level Smoothie Factory seats approximately 80 people, includes a children's playground, and is located at 201 Panorama, Ton Dat Tien St., Phu My Hung, Dist. 7, HCM City, across the street from Highlands Coffee. Tastefully decorated with bright colors, rich textures, and a modern design, the store will open Monday thru Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The front counter takes center state where guests can watch as all of Smoothie Factory's innovative smoothies and fresh-squeezed juices are prepared. The menu features a wide variety of smoothies including everything from the signature Strawberry Patch™ and Tropical Squeeze™ to the Peanut Butter Powerhouse™ and Meal Replacement Smoothies. A food menu is also available and includes a wide assortment of fresh salads, burgers, pastas, pizza, Thai food, and Vietnamese food.

In April 2010, Smoothie Factory, Inc. signed a master franchise agreement with ANH MAI Investment & Development Corp for development of Smoothie Factory stores throughout Vietnam. The opening of the HoChiMinh City, Vietnam store comes exactly one month after the opening of the Smoothie Factory store in Shenzhen, China.
