Vancouver, Canada, November 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- David and Lucie Shaw, owners of Nurse Next Door's Mississauga franchise smiled a little bigger recently when they were awarded the company's 2010 Franchise Partner of the Year award. In front of their fellow franchise partners along with the team from the company's headquarters, affectionately known as HeartQuarters, David and Lucie accepted the coveted award. The couple's award capped off Nurse Next Door's annual awards gala where winners were also announced for each of the company's four core values, core purpose along with a Founders' award.
The top prize, Franchise Partner of the Year, was based on diverse selection criteria which included revenue, planning process, financial records, team environment, and level of participation with the franchise program. While many franchise locations experienced a great deal of success this past year the Mississauga franchise managed to come out on top.
"We are extremely excited to be taking home the top prize," said Lucie Shaw. "This was a goal of ours when we first started. To have won is a tremendous achievement for us."
"This award really affirms to us and our team that we're doing a lot of things right," added husband David Shaw. "We're on a never-ending journey to deliver even better care to our clients, but of course to win something remarkable like this along the way is incredibly satisfying."
