Caring CEO Jeff Salter will be Speaking at Private Duty National Conference and Expo

November 17, 2010 // Franchising.com // SAN ANTONIO – Jeff Salter, founder and CEO of Caring Senior Service, will be speaking at the upcoming Private Duty National Conference and Expo, Nov. 15-17, 2010 in Las Vegas. Home care industry experts around the country will organize to learn the latest industry trends and share business growth strategies.

Salter will be hosting a training session on Nov. 16 titled "Customer service: It's not just for clients anymore". During this session he will demonstrate how Caring dramatically increased its home health referrals by expanding its customer service strategies to include familes and caregivers.

This conference is designed to help private duty professionals stay connected with tools and tips to grow their referral sources and gain the resources they need to succeed in the private duty home care industry. It is the largest and most in-depth non-medical home care training event this year.
