Home care industry experts around the country will organize to learn the latest industry trends and share business growth strategies.
Salter will be hosting a training session on Nov. 16 titled "Customer service: It's not just for clients anymore". During this session he will demonstrate how Caring dramatically increased its home health referrals by expanding its customer service strategies to include familes and caregivers.
