In a continued effort to provide a much higher level of service and increased value to our customers, local offices can now offer each of their customers their own personal account page, known as MyTCA, on the Internet. The page will be linked to their local office's site, enabling customers to communicate quickly and efficiently with the office, managing their service 24/7, anytime and from anywhere they have Internet access.

For example, customers can go to their MyTCA page and view their cleaning schedule and make rescheduling requests if necessary without a phone call. They can log on and request a special clean in advance of surprise guests arriving. They can let their team know in advance about any areas of the house that might need special attention. The Cleaning Authority also has a generous referral program, and if a customer has a friend or neighbor who might be interested in their services, the customer can simply go to their MyTCA page and download the information that person would need, along with referral rewards they can take advantage of.

As part of this new service, customers will also find additional resources on their MyTCA page, such as recommendations for other local services, such as carpet and/or window cleaning, good local dry cleaners, etc.

And of course, customers can also set up and manage credit card payments directly through their MyTCA page.*
