RetroFitness Opens New Location in Woodbridge

National Fitness Concept Provides Local Community with Affordable Fitness Center

December 20, 2010 // Franchising.com // WOODBRIDGE, Va. – RetroFitness, a leading fitness concept known for providing great value at a low retro-price, today announced the opening of its newest located at 2700 Metro Plaza in Woodbridge near Potomac Mills Mall.

The 12,000-plus square-foot facility blends vibrant color schemes into a fun, energetic atmosphere where gym members can comfortably meet their fitness goals. A $19.99 monthly membership fee provides access to a full collection of top-of-the line Hammer Strength equipment and Life Fitness cardio machines complete with individualized LCD television monitors.

"I opened RetroFitness because it offers all the amenities of a full-service health club at a fraction of the cost to members and most importantly, it doesn't skimp out on the necessities for a good workout," said Roni Goldman, owner of the Woodbridge RetroFitness. "I look forward to helping the local community stay on top of their health and wellness goals by giving them a place to come workout without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed."

Adding to the distinct allure of the gym, members can sweat it out on cardio machines located in the RetroTheatre, a darkened cardio room that plays movies throughout the day. In addition, members are able to take advantage of full-service locker rooms, personal training, tanning and a RetroBlends nutritional juice bar.

"For less than 75 cents a day, our members can enjoy watching television, movies, listening to great music – everything, all while getting in a great workout," added Beyer. "We are a fitness and social hub for the Woodbridge community."

RetroFitness of Woodbridge is open Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
