Racing Limos America Announces 2011 Plans

DOVER, NH--(Marketwire - January 10, 2011) - Racing Limos America, Inc., a subsidiary of Atlas Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATYG), is pleased to announce the start of its anticipated plans for expansion in 2011.

"The Atlas Technology acquisition boosts our financial position, allowing us to push ahead to the anticipated expansion of the Racing Limos brand to a national level," says Chairman James Albion.

Albion stated the 2011 year will commence with the completion of a comprehensive website renovation, including strongly developed Marketing Partnership and Franchise Opportunity sections. The Investor Relations section will include Racing Limos' updated strategy, and information regarding assets of the corporation. "We're working with our accountants to make our books presentable for disclosure on otcmarkets.com (Pink Sheets)," says Albion. "Though this is not required, it's important for us to maintain open, honest relations with our stockholders, and those that are interested in being stockholders."

Mr. Albion was asked about his experience with the process and getting integrated with Atlas Technology. "Getting to this point has been a long, tedious, grueling process," Albion said, smiling. "But we're there. We're off the bench and in the game, and we're going to do our best to make the most of it."

Albion announced today that part of the company's national branding strategy for 2011 is to open an estimated "12 to 20" new Racing Limos locations across the country. Cities for these new locations are still being discussed, but a list is expected sometime in early Q1. Plans include aggressive online and social media, a diversity of sponsorships, intertwined with conventional media. "I promise to do my best," says Albion, "to build our brand into a national name in both outdoor mobile marketing and specialty transportation services."
