Firm Named One of the 50 Top Franchises for Veterans Second Year in a Row!

Lauderdale, Fla. – The New Miami Subs Grill, originator of the fast/casual restaurant concept, today announced it has been selected as one of the 50 Top Franchises for Veterans by World Franchising Network/./This is the second year in a row the Ft. Lauderdale-based chain has been chosen for this prestigious honor. This national recognition is a direct result of the New Miami Subs Grill's commitment to the recruitment and advancement of veterans within the company and its policy to provide veterans with incentives to acquire a franchise.

The 50 companies included in this honor were selected from hundreds of companies requesting evaluation for inclusion in a Jan. 14, 2011 USA/Today – Franchising Today/article.Each participating franchisor was required to submit a completed questionnaire describing the specific financial incentives provided to veterans from the franchisor. The questionnaire also noted the number, both absolute and as a percentage of the total number, of operating units owned by veterans, as well as the number of veterans in senior management that earned more than $60,000 per year.
