February 09, 2011 // Franchising.com // Las Vegas - Every year, ActionCOACH awards some of its finest coaches with the ActionMAN Award, which typifies the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH. At the 2011 EMEA Conference, held at the Skyline Sheraton in London, England, Andy Sleet based out of East Anglia, was named one of the winners for the coveted ActionMAN Award.
Sleet has always been a pillar others can count on since he joined the ActionCOACH system.
His steady demeanor and ability to work through challenges at an even keel have been incredibly helpful to both other coaches and his clients throughout his career.
ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the ActionMAN to Sleet.
"At times consistency can be an undervalued quality, but the ability to show up and perform at the same level with each and every client is an important reason the ActionCOACH system works as well as it does. There is little question that Andy embodies that quality with his consistent excellence," Sugars said.
Sleet's ability to see the big picture through that constantly changing landscape is a major reason he has been such an asset to those around him. That big picture vision is also a reason for great optimism for 2011.
"Being consistent is easier with the ActionCOACH systems behind you. I'm lucky to have great clients, great support and great systems. They all make me enjoy doing the right thing every day," he said.
