Beef 'O' Brady's Adds 10 New Menu Offerings to the Rotation

Franchise of Family Sports Pubs & Restaurants `Beefs Up' Variety

February 15, 2011 // // Tampa, FL – Fans of Beef 'O' Brady's have something new to cheer about – an enhanced menu with a major emphasis on quality, variety and value.

Just in time for March Madness and the start of Major League Baseball's Spring Training, the 220-unit franchise of family sports pubs & restaurants, best known for great food, fun and the ties it builds with its communities, has debuted 10 new menu offerings. Notable new items include St. Louis-Style ribs with Sweet Baby Ray's® barbeque sauce, grilled shrimp available as a main dish or as a salad, a build your own burgers option, and affordable mix-and-match dessert combinations.

Also debuting are hand-breaded chicken tenders, signature salsa and chips, poblano chicken and side dishes such as seasoned rice and pub chips. Beef `O' Brady's guests can also now substitute complimentary side dishes for a wider variety of gourmet sides at reduced prices.

"The new menu choices give Beef `O' Brady's guests the opportunity to experience an extensive variety of flavors that appeal to mom, dad and the kids," said Chris Elliot, CEO of Beef 'O' Brady's. "We re-engineered the menu to expand our specialty areas, without straying too far from the dishes that our regulars love."

Beef 'O' Brady's fresh menu initiatives go hand-in-hand with an updated prototype dubbed "Beef's 2.0." The blueprint includes updated color schemes and design elements that provide a contemporary twist on the restaurants' traditional décor.
