Dave Hepler Will Help Businesses Achieve Their Goals as an ActionCOACH

Dave Hepler is the newest ActionCOACH in Winchester, Virginia.

February 28, 2011 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Is there a better way to see how well the ActionCOACH system works then when a former client decides to join the ActionCOACH team? That was the case with Dave Hepler, who, after working with ActionCOACH to help his own business, knew he could help businesses throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley achieve their goals.

ActionCOACH is the world's leader in business and executive coaching. When Brad Sugars, Chairman and Founder, started the company in 1993. By franchising the company in 1997, Sugars helped business coaching become more mainstream turning it into the second fastest growing category behind Information Technology. ActionCOACH specializes in coaching small to medium size business as well as executive teams and group coaching.

Before deciding to embark on his career with ActionCOACH, Hepler owned businesses in the construction and real estate fields. He worked with ActionCOACH and found that the methodology and systems were greatly beneficial to small and medium sized businesses in any field.

"I'm a people person and I love business," Hepler said. "Becoming an ActionCOACH gives me the opportunity to help others in business, while building my own. And I get to make a real difference in the Northern Shenandoah Valley, which I'm very excited about."

Throughout his career has received numerous awards and, in his real estate career alone, has bought, developed and sold hundreds of properties, so he knows the challenges business owners face on a daily basis.

Hepler is a member of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders Association of Virginia. He is an active member of the community and is most excited about helping others in the area.

"The career I've had will only help me when it comes to coaching business owners. I have years of applied business knowledge. Add in all that I've learned with ActionCOACH and I'm very excited as to what the future holds."

Hepler will be a franchise owner in the Northern Shenandoah Valley, based out of Winchester, Virginia and he will service that area, including the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. His Master Licensee is Sheri Winesett.

Hepler began his journey as an ActionCOACH in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. Here he spent 10 days training with other new business coaches from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 32 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
