Brothers Open a Five Star Painting Franchise in Durham & Chapel Hill, NC.

Durham, NC, February 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Starting a business to combat the economic recession might raise a few eyebrows, but for brothers Taylor and Tanner Green, starting their own Five Star Painting business has been a long time coming.

Both brothers developed independent careers in building product distribution, but the economy did not fare well for their ventures. Tanner's career in Real Estate slowed, and Taylor moved his family out of Michigan to evade the "terrible" economic conditions suffered by the entire community. Tanner explains, "We were both struggling with our jobs in the economy, trying to find our way." Instead of simply waiting while the economy slowed their industry, they decided to delve into an industry that thrives even in economic downturn: painting.

Starting a business in this economy can be very scary, but the brothers know they have a few advantages.
