Area residents Tim and JoAnne Scalf signed a franchise agreement with Zippy Shell USA, LLC. in 2010 to offer door-to-door mobile self storage services throughout the Collin County/North Dallas area, and opened the doors of Zippy Shell Mobile Self Storage of North Dallas on March 1st.
