Temporary Labor at the Forefront of the Job Market

  • Labor Finders: Rated significantly higher than the staffing industry average
  • Labor Finders: The need for temporary employment continues to rise sharply
  • Labor Finders: Wins Best of Staffing two years in a row (2010 and 2011)

March 16, 2011 // Franchising.com // PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL — Labor Finders International, Inc., the United States oldest and largest privately held industrial labor temporary staffing company is on the right track concerning the country's road to economic recovery by placing temporary workers in a wide variety of job placements.

Throughout the country, Labor Finders has seen the need for temporary employment rise sharply. Industries, be it manufacturing, construction, hospitality or even certain cities/municipalities have expressed the need for temporary workers.

Jeffry Burnett, President and CEO of Labor Finders, stated that, "Like most companies we went through a rough patch during the recession. Recently, Labor Finders has seen an uptick in the economy by having a stronger demand for temporary workers. Since our clients come first, we not only offer them temporary workers, we also offer temporary to permanent job placements. In addition, I am hopeful that this is a first step in Americans gaining full time employment."

Traditionally, Labor Finders backbone was the construction industry, which over the past several years has, and continues to struggle. Burnett, went on to state, "We refused to become a dinosaur, in order to survive we had to adapt; so throughout the country, our offices have been spreading their wings by successfully diversifying into other industries."

Every day each of the Labor Finders branch managers focus on the importance of finding jobs for their workers while building strong, lasting relationships with their customers. "Many of our branch managers answer their cell phones in the middle of the night in order to fill a job order. This on-going dedication comes from the commitment of our locally operated offices by consistently satisfying their customers' needs while placing paychecks into their temporary workers hands," said Burnett.

Labor Finders believes a primary key to their success was getting people jobs during the struggling economy and the strong relationship the company has with its clients. For the consecutive year in a row (2010 and 2011,) Labor Finders received top honors in Inavero's Best of Staffing Client competition presented by CareerBuilder and rated significantly higher than the staffing industry average. In addition, Labor Finders is fully committed to keep on developing socially responsible programs across the nation.
