Grease Monkey Breaks Ground on Its Newest, State-of-the-Art Center in Highlands Ranch, Colorado
March 21, 2011 // Franchising.com // Highlands Ranch, CO – Grease Monkey International (GMI) President Rex Utsler, GMI Marketing VP Lori Schneider, Senior VP & CFO Ron Smith, and VP of Franchise Development Mike Brunetti were joined by Ironstone Bank VP Kim Geiger, Owner of Arcodev Architects Norm Herman and CALCON Constructors, Inc. representative Mike Lowrimore on March 3rd at the ceremonial groundbreaking of Grease Monkey's newest, state-of-the-art auto maintenance facility. The new building is next door to the current Grease Monkey location behind Michael's at 9295 South Broadway in the Town Center Shopping Center in Highlands Ranch.
Grease Monkey has long served the Highlands Ranch community and is expanding to better serve their customers and the residents in the area. The existing business and customers will experience no disruption during construction of the new facility. "We are excited about starting this new project for our Grease Monkey customers and for the city of Highlands Ranch," says Mike Brunetti. "We are expanding from two bays to four, doubling the size of the center to serve its customer base with new services. The state-of-the-art lobby will be designed with the added comfort and amenities Grease Monkey customers have come to appreciate."
The center is owned by Utsler Investments, LLC, and will be operated by Drew Utsler, General Manager.
