Gold's Gym to Roll Out Les Mills' Cutting-Edge CX30(TM) Program

Iconic fitness brand becomes first major chain to initiate revolutionary core training program in select U.S. Markets

The world's leading authority on health and fitness announced today that it will be unveiling Les Mills CX30™ - a dynamic group training program designed to connect the upper and lower body for a tight and toned core - at 22 of its U.S. locations. Gold's Gym will be the first major gym chain in the US to introduce the new Les Mills CX30™ program.

The quick, efficient workout targets abs, glutes, back, obliques and more, and will leave members looking and feeling strong. Each 30-minute class features a challenging mix of isolation exercises such as crunches and leg extensions that target specific muscles and integrated moves that use two or more muscle groups together.

Initial Gold's Gym markets that will carry the CX30™ program include Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, St. Louis, Los Angeles and the Washington D.C. area. Les Mills will partner directly with Gold's Gym franchise owners and group exercise instructors to provide the necessary training and education needed to lead each class.
