Patel, a multi-unit restaurant veteran with Baja Fresh Mexican Grill and Subway, will focus his development in the Portland Metropolitan Areaand in Cowlitz County, Washington. Fransmart, the company that helped launch Five Guys Burgers & Fries, is leading the franchise development plans for Boardwalk.
Full development of Patel's Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries restaurants could bring more than 400 new jobs to the region over the next several years.
