Beef 'O' Brady's Signs on as Title Sponsor of St. Petersburg Bowl for Third Consecutive Year

April 06, 2011 // Franchising.com // TAMPA, FL – Tampa-based Beef 'O' Brady's announced today that the company has signed a three-year agreement with ESPN Regional Television to continue as the title sponsor for the Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL.

Formally the St. Petersburg Bowl, the Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at 8:00 p.m. EST, and will be televised on ESPN. The game will feature a BIG EAST Conference team against a representative from Conference USA.

Beef 'O' Brady's, the 220-unit franchise of family sports pubs & restaurants, has been committed to ongoing involvement with local sports leagues in communities across the country since the company's inception in 1986, making this a natural partnership for the brand. The 2011 bowl game will mark Beef 'O' Brady's third year as the title sponsor.

The 2010 Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl between the Louisville Cardinals and the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles captured the highest television ratings (2.6) in the short history of the bowl.
