Century 21 China Real Estate Signs Xuzhou Franchise Agreement

BEIJING, April 15, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- IFM Investments Limited ("Century 21 China Real Estate", the "Company" or "CTC") (NYSE: CTC), a leading comprehensive real estate services provider and the exclusive franchisor for the CENTURY 21® brand in China, today announced operational updates in its franchise services business.

The Company has signed a regional franchise agreement with an independent third party to operate its business under the CENTURY 21® brand in Xuzhou city, one of the largest cities in Jiangsu province with a population of approximately 9 million residents. The regional sub-franchisor is a real estate developer that has its main projects in Jiangsu province and a strategy to grow into real estate brokerage services.

The Company also noted that it has recently terminated its franchise agreement with the sub-franchisor for Harbin city, Heilongjiang province, based on standard performance assessments of the sub-franchisor.
