Comfort Keepers Ranks #44 on the 2011 AllBusiness AllStar Franchise Ranking

April 20, 2011 // Franchising.com // DAYTON, OH – Comfort Keepers®, an international provider of in-home care to seniors and other adults, announced today that it achieved a rank of #44 in the 2011 AllBusiness AllStar Franchise Ranking. For the third consecutive year, Comfort Keepers has been ranked as an AllBusiness AllStar Franchise. This ranking is based on six sub indices, including: unit growth rate, financial strength, system size, years in business, years in franchising, availability of financing and Web (Brand) visibility.

The team of editors at AllBusiness.com researched, compiled and analyzed more than 800 franchise systems to find the 300 franchise companies they feel are "the best of the best" for 2011. According to the AllBusiness.com website:

A year of excellent financial strength (#37) and improved growth ranks contributed to Comfort Keepers' jump on our AllStar List. The second-highest-rated senior care franchise in our ranking, Comfort Keepers had three-year sales growth of 32 percent.

AllBusiness AllStar Franchise List - Understanding the Ranking

To be eligible for the AllBusiness AllStar Franchise List, the franchise company had to have a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and have at least 25 current domestic franchise units. Six additional sub-indices were used as well. These sub indices included growth rank – a measure of how fast a franchise system is growing; financial strength –a combined D&B predictive Commercial Credit and Financial Stress score; system size rank – the measure of the size of the franchise system; longevity rank – a measure of how long a franchise company has been around; web visibility rank – combined Google page rank and Alexa Traffic rank and finally a financing rank – the number an types of financing assistance that a franchisor offers its franchisees.
