TPG is the home of Parenting magazine, Babytalk magazine and Parenting.com.

Kidville, named 'best of' by New York Magazine, operates large, upscale facilities catering to young children and their families across the globe including New York, California, and Dubai.

8moms is a group-buy daily deal website geared toward sophisticated and savvy moms.

Under the partnership agreement, TPG will market Kidville locations and 8moms daily deals via all TPG assets, including targeted emails, social media, websites and print publications.  In turn, Kidville will provide TPG with additional distribution channels for its award-winning content via its bricks and mortar locations and digital media assets.
