RE/MAX Agent Gail Bergstrom of Rolling Meadows Directs $2,500 Gift from National Lender to Local Charity
Rolling Meadows, IL, May 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Gail Bergstrom, a sales associate with RE/MAX At Home of Rolling Meadows, recently arranged for a gift of $2,500 to be given to WINGS of Palatine, Ill., an organization devoted to addressing the problems of domestic violence and homelessness.
Bergstrom was one of 15 winners in a national promotion sponsored by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Each winner received $2,500 to give to a not-for-profit organization of his or her choice.
Bergstrom has been an active supporter of WINGS, which supplies housing and supportive services to Chicago-area families who are homeless or are fleeing domestic violence, the primary cause of homelessness among women and children.
"It is gratifying to direct this extra measure of support to WINGS, which does such an outstanding job helping families who often have nowhere else to turn," said Bergstrom.
