Honest-1 Auto Care Announces Military Veterans Franchise Program: Offers Steep Start-Up Discounts

Veterans Receive Discount of More Than 15 Percent on Starting Their Own Business

NORTHBROOK, IL, June 02, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Honest-1 Auto Care, the only national full-service auto repair and maintenance franchise that is 100 percent ESA Certified Eco-Friendly, today announced it is offering a discount of more than 15 percent on franchises for qualified military veterans. The savings will equal $5,000. Honest-1 enacted this program to help military veterans make an easier transition to civilian life.

The initial franchise fee of $30,000 will be reduced by more than 15 percent for veterans who are honorably discharged from any branch of the military service. The reduction applies only to the first location the franchisee opens.

Honest-1 Auto Care has partnered with the International Franchise Association and its Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative, known as VetFran, to make the lower franchise fee available to veterans. VetFran was established in 2002 to help military veterans seek the dream of small-business ownership.
