The four-story, 129-suite hotel is owned by KS Hotel Associates, LLC and managed by Dimension Development Company. General Manager Ken Ritter has been in the hotel industry for 15 years, and is supported by Director of Sales, Haley Buteau, who has seven years of local experience.
