Phoenix Area Brokerage Looks to Leverage National Franchise to Enhance its Outstanding Customer Service Offering

PARSIPPANY, N.J. and SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate LLC today announced the addition of Scottsdale, Arizona-based real estate firm Phoenician Properties to its franchise network. Founded in 2001, Phoenician Properties will now operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Phoenician Properties continuing under the direction of its broker/owner, Joseph B. Scarp.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Phoenician Properties has 60 sales associates and offices in Scottsdale and Prescott, and serves the greater Phoenix, Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley markets. With this new affiliation, the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network now has more than 7,000 sales associates and more than 200 offices serving homebuyers and sellers in 22 states.
