Juliet Kyes Helps Businesses Reach Potential as an ActionCOACH

Kyes is the newest ActionCOACH in Pinellas County, Florida

July 22, 2011 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS –After getting her degree in management, Juliet Kyes was looking for an opportunity to build her skills while helping small businesses in her community. When her parents started their own ActionCOACH franchise, Kyes realized she had that opportunity.

Before becoming a member of the ActionCOACH team, Kyes spent several years in retail customer service management, where she faced many of the challenges business owners face every day.

"I learned some major lessons in the retail world. Maybe the most important one was the fact that team results were a reflection of my leadership ability. When there were problems, they started with me, as the leader. And when we did well, the results were tied into my leadership as well. I bring a true awareness that when I grow, others around me grow and with the ActionCOACH systems behind me, I can't wait to see how I can help businesses throughout the county," Kyes said.

Kyes' journey as a certified ActionCOACH Business Coach began in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. There she spent 7 days training with other new Business Coaches from around the United States. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.

When she's not working, Kyes is involved with a number of organizations, including the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and she has served on the executive board of the Chamber's Young Professionals. She also embraces her love for animals by volunteering to local rescue shelter, Pet Pal in St. Petersburg.
