Schwegman is the newest ActionCOACH in the greater Cincinnati area

That was the situation Drew Schwegman found himself in, so when he learned about ActionCOACH, he discovered he had found a vehicle to live the life he wanted while helping small and medium sized businesses reach their potential.

ActionCOACH is the world's leader in business and executive coaching. Brad Sugars started the company in 1993, when the field of business coaching was in its early stages. Schwegman was in business development for PricewaterhouseCoopers, but was limited to a small number of businesses he could help. He learned about ActionCOACH through a friend and after doing some research, he realized he could do more with his career.

The move to ActionCOACH was important to both Schwegman and his family, because it has helped to restore balance in all aspects of life.

When he's not coaching businesses, Schwegman is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Commonwealth Chapter of the Business Networking International. He is also proud to serve on the Young Professionals board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati.

Schwegman is a franchise owner with his office located in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. From his office he will help businesses located throughout the greater Cincinnati area.

He began his journey as an ActionCOACH in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. Here he spent 10 days training with other new business coaches and franchise owners from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.
